Located on one of the many freshwater canals in tranquil Rotonda West, our stunning villa is furnished and maintained to a high standard to guarantee you a really memorable holiday.
Outside there is a wide shady lanai for al fresco dining with ample space for sun loungers for a quiet read or after-lunch doze in the shade. For the sun lovers there is a private south facing sun-bathing area and your own private pool. A landscaped garden slopes down to a freshwater canal. Rotonda West has its own Nature Reserve so you are never far from local wildlife. Herons and Egrets are daily visitors to the canal but Osprey and an Eagle have also been seen catching fish.
Inside is a spacious living area, with cathedral ceilings, cable TV, Video and DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and a library of over 100 books to enjoy by the poolside. The living area, Master suite and Queen Bedroom all have views of the pool and canal with sliding patio doors leading to the sun-deck and pool area. The three bedrooms, which are fully equipped with bed linen, towels, TV's and hair-dryers, all have ample storage space. For your comfort there is Air Conditioning and fans throughout.
The luxury fitted kitchen comes equipped to cater for all your culinary needs from boiling an egg to a roast dinner. In the separate laundry room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Pool and beach towels are provided along with cool boxes, beach chairs and sun shade for picnics on the beach.
Inside the villa there is a formal dining area and breakfast nook both with seating for 6. Outside a patio table and chairs are set under the lanai for breakfast in the morning sun, lunch in the shade or for enjoying a barbecue in the evening as the sun sets. A gas barbecue is provided.
The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast, with weather that is perfect nearly all year round, are a short drive for shelling, hunting for sharks teeth or watching dolphins. For sailing and fishing excursions, boats are available for hire from local marinas, or you can take a boat trip along the Intracoastal Waterway where you may see dolphins and even a manatee. For the sporting enthusiast there are five golf courses and a 24 hour floodlit course all within ten minutes drive.
Close by are Englewood, Venice and quaint old Boca Grande/Gasparilla Island. At nearby Port Charlotte there is one of the largest Malls in Florida and all the big named stores you could wish for. For the really dedicated shopper, there are two enormous designer outlet malls within one hours drive. There are several excellent restaurants in the area and Rotonda West also has a Winn Dixie and three Publix supermarkets within 10 minutes drive.
