Each property must undergo a strict verification process whereby each member must provide a recent expenses document for every property on their account, normally a utility bill or rental licence. Contact details are then checked and stored in our database. Finally all the information is backed up and held by our system for the duration of the owners membership.

The certificate shown above appears on the side of each advert which has been verified.
